We welcome your orders and we want to ensure your ordered is processed in the most efficient and secure
    way.  When we receive your order, your order is processed within 2-3 business days.  After the order is
    processed, we will ship your order to you or to the shipping address you have provided on the order form.  
    We ship the orders during our business days which is Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time.

    Product Availability:   The quantity available for purchase is stated under each product.  So for many
    items, we may only have 1 in-stock.  Our check-out system will not allow you to order an item when it is out-of-
    stock.  If you are interested in an item that is out-of-stock, please send us an email at
    customdesign@minujewels.com and we may be able to produce the exact item or similar in design.  Please
    note we may charge an additional fee if the design you choose is extremely different than the original item on
    the website.

    Upon checkout, you will have the option of choosing the shipping method.  We prefer using the U.S. Postal
    Service (USPS) for shipping within the United States because they offer the most economical prices for our
    customers and they offer a tracking system as well.  However, you may choose another carrier if you prefer.

    To verify the credit card used to make the purchase was appropriately used, we use the AVS (Address
    Verification System) to ensure the information provided in relation to your credit card is correct and accurate.  
    You must also provide a phone number in the event we need to contact you about your order.

    MINU Jewels is not responsible for any lost or damaged products that is shipped to you via your selected
    carrier.  We will ship your purchase to the address you provide to us on your order form and we use the US
    Postal Service address verification system to ensure the address provided is legitimate.  Any lost or damage
    claims should be handled between you and the carrier.
