We love international appeal!!

We welcome international orders, however we have put security procedures in place to ensure that your
purchase is safe and secure.  

    1)  For international orders made on our website, you must provide us with the Customer Service
    Phone number located on the back of your credit card AND the name of the bank that has issued
    you your credit card during the checkout process.  WE WILL NOT PROCESS ANY ORDER
    UNLESS THIS INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO US.  WE WILL CONTACT THE CREDIT CARD
    COMPANY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD IS USED APPROPRIATELY.

    2) You must provide your phone number so that we may contact you directly to verify that you
    approve the purchase.

    For shipping, we use Federal Express because of their sophisticated tracking systems to ensure
    your purchase reaches you in a timely fashion.  Upon check-out you will be able to select which
    Federal Express shipping method you want.  Please note that the shipping charges vary  and may
    increase depending on weight, final destination, and delivery time. Please read our Shipping

    MINU Jewels is not responsible for any lost or damaged products that is shipped to you via
    Federal Express.  We will ship your purchase to the address you provide to us on your order
    form.  Any lost or damage claims should be handled between you and Federal Express.

    MINU Jewels is not responsible for any customs, tariffs, taxes or any other charges that are
    imposed by the country to where the purchase is shipped.  It is your responsibility to settle any
    additional charges that are imposed.  Furthermore, we are not responsible for any delays that
    occur in the destination country customs review.

If you do not provide us with the required information, this will delay your order until we can verify the
purchase.
 Once we receive approval from your credit card company, we will ship your order.  We realize
that it may take 2-3 more days to verify this information, however, our priority is to ensure that your
