We know that you will love your purchase!!  However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you
have
30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return the item (except for custom orders) minus the
shipping costs.  We cannot refund shipping charges.  The item must be in perfect condition as you received it with
the copy of receipt and original tags and you would be responsible for all shipping charges required to send the
item(s) to MINU Jewels.

If you want to exchange/return your purchase, please send an email to exchanges@minujewels.com and we will
provide you with the necessary information to ship the item(s).

Repairs:  If your jewelry is in need of repair from normal usage, simply send the piece to us, we will inspect the piece
and we will contact you with an estimated repair fee before proceeding, if applicable.  Customer will pay all shipping
charges.
