MINU Jewels - Gift Certificates

Please read our guidelines on the use of our gift certificates.

Timing of Delivery: The specified recipient will receive via email, the gift certificate code, within one (1)
day after date of purchase. This is to ensure that the order placed is not suspicious. It is important that
the recipient's correct email address is provided on the order. We are not responsible if a gift certificate is
not delivered due to an incorrect email address given at time of order.
Additional Fees or Charges: Our gift certificates does not incur any fees or charges at any time.
Restrictions on Redemption: Our gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Any unused
balance is retained in our system and can be used at a later date. There is no expiration date
on the use of our gift certificates.
Notice of Termination: If we choose to close our store, we will provide notice to those users who have
outstanding or unredeemed gift certificates within a reasonable time before closure. The notice will provide
the terms for redemption of gift certificates before closure.
